Shipping
We ship via UPS, Federal Express or United States Postal Service. No international orders are accepted.
If you require ring sizing or customization, please add at least one week to the delivery time.
Orders for all Personalized or Family Jewelry require 4-6 weeks for delivery. A KeShelle, LLC representative will contact you for additional information.
All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
If the product you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified.
For your protection, orders must ship to the billing address only.
Return Policies
At KeShelle, LLC we want you to be satisfied with every jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We ship your package via UPS or Federal Express and insured if needed.
If your order was damaged or incorrect, please place a note explaining the problem in your return package.
Also, slight variations in jewelry do occur. We believe that these variations do not constitute an incorrect order.
